Date with a woman - Nice Story

After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She said I love you but I know this other woman loves you and would love to spend some time with you. The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my MOTHER, who has been a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my work and my three children had made it possible to visit her only occasionally. That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie. 'What's wrong, are you well,' she asked? My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign of bad news. 'I thought that it would be pleasant to be with you,' I responded. 'Just the two of us.' She thought about it for a moment, and then said, 'I would like that very much.' That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about ...

Short Story With a Beautful Message

Little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. Th father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, 'Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river.' The little girl said, 'No, Dad. You hold my hand.' 'What's the difference?' Asked the puzzled father. 'There's a big difference,' replied the little girl. 'If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go.' In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person who loves you rather than expecting them to hold yours... This message is too short.......but carries a lot of Feelings.

WHY IS THE WEDDING RING WORN ON THE 4TH FINGER?

Hi check it out..This is very interesting! Why should the wedding ring be worn on the fourth finger? There is a beautiful and convincing explanation given by the Chinese..... Thumb represents your Parents Second (Index) finger represents your Siblings Middle finger represents your-Self Fourth (Ring) finger represents your Life Partner & the Last (Little) finger represents your children Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and hold them together - back to back Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb - tip to tip (As shown in the figure below): Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)..., they will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later Please join your thumbs as before and separate your Index fingers (representing siblings)...., they will also open, because your brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to lead their own...

Marvellous answer

A mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a car when he spotted the famous heart surgeon in his shop, who was standing off to the side, waiting for the service manager to come to take a look at his car. The mechanic shouted across the garage,"Hello Doctor!! Please come over here for a minute." The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic. The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked argumentatively, "So doctor, look at this. I also open hearts, take valves out, grind 'em, put in new parts, and when I finish this will work as a new one. So how come you get the big money, when you and me is doing basically the same work? " The doctor leaned over and whispered to the mechanic..... . . . . . . He said: "Try to do it when the engine is running".

19 Horses

One rich man owned 19 horses when he died. In his last will and teastament he had written that upon his death, half the horses he owned should go to his only son; one fourth to the village temple and one fifth to the faithful servant. The village elders could not stop scratching their heads. How can they give half of the 19 horses to the son? You cannot cut up a horse. They puzzled over this dilemma for more than two weeks and then decided to send for a wise man who was living in a neighbouring village. The wise man came riding on his horse and asked the villagers if he can be of any help to them. The village elders told him about the rich man's last will and testament which stated that half of the (19) horses must be given to his only son, one fourth must go to the temple and one fifth to the faithful servant. The wise man said he will immediately solve their problem without any delay whatsoever. He had the 19 horses placed in a row standing next to one another. Then he added his ...

The so called exam season is over

It was 3 days gap between my last paper (VB.NET). As I am working in .NET Technology, what I thought that this paper is nothing to me. So, I watch a movie on Saturday night and paper was on Wednesday evening (1st April). After that, I enjoyed my sunday, awaken up in morning around 11.30 am. I went to Gurdawara Bangla Sahib, CP, New Delhi (I use to go there every sunday by fetching some time from my schedule). On Sunday night, I went back to my apartment, where I talk with my room mates for some time then in the night, had a look at the book, looking for some importent points. Monday and Tuesday, I went to office and had the same schedule as I usually have in normal days. Tuesday night, I actually started preparing for my exam. Another Exam

So my exams story continued again.  I had two exams one on 25 evening and 26 morning. I prepared myself for both of them somehow. On 25 it was 'Advance Java Programming'. The exam was easy and I'll definitely clear it. Even the examiner was very good. She let us to talk and discuss with other students a little bit...   . But the main challenge for me was the exam which was on 26 morning. I studied for this (System software) for late night till 2.30am and then again woke up in the morning at 7am as exam was going to start at 9am and the examination center was quite away. I took my bath and skipped my breakfast and took metro upto there. Everything was ok, untill I entered the examination center.    When I sit at my seat, I just figured out that one of the pen I was having with me just leaked out I my pent's pocket.   . It was very embarrassing situation for me. I went to washroom and apply some water in it, but the spot goes bigger   , them I thought a bit   and just lef...

My Exam

Yesterday was my exam, computer graphics, I prepared for this exam by awaking late nights upto 3am and when i got the question paper I was in a shock,  My question paper was in 2 sections, one with small question (15 questions) and second with large one (12 but have to attend 9 only). I was very confused what to do and what to not, because I just want to clear this exam. I feel this was the most tuff exam on my entire carrier.  I attend the small question which I had a little bit idea and did the same with large questions also.  I attended the paper to get passed, I wrote very much for a single question. What I felt is, if the examiner will see that I had wrote this much paragraphs for a question then I'll get passed, but if he start reading the exam then I guess i'll be in trouble   . Even the staff was very strict. the teacher just didn't let anyone to move or to ask any hint about a single question. I just want to share this nightmare exam experience with you. After all ...

I am Flying Daddy

Once upon a time there was a little boy who was raised in a orphanage. The little boy had always wished that he could fly like a bird. It was very difficult for him to understand why he could not fly. There were birds at the zoo that were much bigger than he, and they could fly. "Why can't I?" he thought. "Is there something wrong with me?" he wondered. There was another little boy who was crippled. He had always wished that he could walk and run like other little boys and girls. "Why can't I be like them?" he thought. One day the little orphan boy who had wanted to fly like a bird ran away from the orphanage. He came upon a park where he saw the little boy who could not walk or run playing in the sandbox. He ran over to the little boy and asked him if he had ever wanted to fly like a bird. "No," said the little boy who could not walk or run. "But I have wondered what it would be like to walk and run like other boys and girls." ...

A Pillow & A Blanket

A long time ago, a young, wealthy girl was getting ready for bed. She was saying her prayers when she heard a muffled crying coming through her window. A little frightened, she went over to the window and leaned out. Another girl, who seemed to be about her age and homeless was standing in the alley by the rich girls house. Her heart went out to the homeless girl, for it was the dead of winter, and the girl had no blanket, only old newspapers someone had thrown out. The rich girl was suddenly struck with a brilliant idea. She called to the other girl and said, "You there, come to my front door, please." The homeless girl was so startled she could only manage to nod. As quick as her legs could take her, the young girl ran down the hall to her mothers closet, and picked out an old quilt and a beat up pillow. She had to walk slower down to the front door as to not trip over the quilt which was hanging down, but she made it eventually. Dropping both the articles, she opened the ...
